Our Story

Built to answer a real need.

Momentum was established to address limited access to mental health services in underserved communities across Ohio. From day one, the goal has been simple: meet people where they are and help them move forward.

That work happens through direct behavioral health care, case management, mentoring, advocacy, and steady connections to the community resources that make daily life more possible.

Our Mission

"Our mission is to assist clients with moving forward, no matter what obstacles they face."

Our Purpose

A structured life built on integrity and support.

We strive to help clients maintain a structured life built on integrity and support. Momentum's primary focus is mental health, character development, and healthy lifestyles.

Why Momentum Exists

Access changes what's possible.

Too many people who could benefit from behavioral health support never get connected to it. Not because the need isn't real — because the pathway isn't clear, the resources feel out of reach, or the systems feel unwelcoming.

Momentum exists to change that pathway. Consistent support improves quality of life — at home, at school, at work, and in the community. That is the outcome we build toward with every client, every day.
