Services
Mentoring is a consistent, trusted relationship. Advocacy is making sure clients get fair access to the services and resources that can help them. Together, they help youth and adults build confidence, follow through on goals, and move forward with real support beside them.
Who this supports
Momentum mentoring supports youth building confidence, identity, and healthy relationships — and adults working through change, accountability, or a season of rebuilding. Advocacy work reaches across schools, systems, and community agencies to help clients be heard and served fairly.
How it works
Every client's path is different. These steps show the general shape of working with our team.
What clients can expect
Possible goals
Goals are set collaboratively with each client and may change over time.
Role of the team
Momentum mentors are trained team members who focus on consistent, respectful relationships. Advocacy is coordinated by staff who work directly with schools, providers, and community organizations. We don't replace legal counsel or clinical therapy.
