Services
Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment — often called CPST — is a flexible service that meets clients where they are. It focuses on the practical parts of daily life that keep progress steady: routines, planning, coping tools, and connecting to the right resources at the right time.
Who this supports
CPST is used by youth and adults who benefit from ongoing, community-based support alongside other care they may be receiving. It's especially helpful during transitions — new schools, new jobs, new living situations — or when someone is working to build stability after a difficult period.
How it works
Every client's path is different. These steps show the general shape of working with our team.
What clients can expect
Possible goals
Goals are set collaboratively with each client and may change over time.
Role of the team
CPST is provided by trained Momentum team members who work alongside — not in place of — other providers you may have. Your CPST team member helps you connect the dots between goals, providers, and everyday life. They don't prescribe medication or provide crisis services.
