Behavioral Health Day Treatment

Day Treatment is group-based programming built around structure, positive peer interaction, and consistent support. Momentum runs distinct programming for youth and for adults — each with its own goals, structure, and rhythm.

Who this supports

Support built around real, everyday life.

Day treatment serves youth and adults who benefit from consistent, in-person group programming. Youth programming focuses on connection, guidance, and confidence-building after school. Adult programming focuses on stability, peer support, and skill building.
